Warranty and Service

1. Warranty obligations

LLC "Electron" provides warranty on supplied equipment from 12 to 36 months from the date of delivery (depending on equipment type).

2. Warranty conditions

• Operation in accordance with technical documentation
• Compliance with storage and transportation conditions
• Use within permissible environmental parameters
• Availability of purchase documents (invoice, act)
• Preservation of factory seals and markings

3. Warranty does NOT cover

• Damage caused by violation of operating conditions
• Mechanical damage, moisture, dust, overheating
• Defects from unauthorized repair or modification
• Damage from power surges
• Natural wear of consumables

4. Warranty service procedure

1. Application. Customer sends a request with fault description by email: info@electron-ural.ru or phone: +7 (343) 206-54-45.
2. Diagnostics. Within 5 business days, specialists conduct initial remote diagnostics.
3. Repair or replacement. During warranty period, faulty equipment is repaired or replaced at the Company's expense within 30 business days.
