Returns and Exchanges

1. Consumer rights

In accordance with Art. 26.1 of the Law of the Russian Federation "On Protection of Consumer Rights", the Buyer has the right to refuse the goods at any time before their transfer, and after the transfer of goods — within 7 days.

If information on the procedure and terms for returning goods of proper quality was not provided in writing upon delivery of the goods, the Buyer has the right to refuse the goods within 3 months from the moment of transfer of the goods.

2. Return conditions

The following conditions must be met to return goods of proper quality:

• Preserved product appearance (packaging, seals, labels)
• Preserved consumer properties of the goods
• Available document confirming the purchase (waybill, invoice, act)
• The goods have no mechanical damage and have not been in use

3. Goods not subject to return

In accordance with Government Decree No. 2463 of 31.12.2020 "On approval of the list of non-food goods of proper quality not subject to return or exchange", goods not subject to return include:

• Technically complex goods manufactured to individual order
• Goods with individual parameters unsuitable for reuse

Some catalog items may be manufactured to an individual technical specification and are not subject to return. Information about this is indicated in the product card.

4. Return procedure

1. Return request. The Buyer sends a return request by email info@electron-ural.ru or by phone +7 (343) 206-54-45, specifying: order number, product name, reason for return, contact details.
2. Approval. Within 3 business days, the Company sends confirmation of the possibility of return and instructions for returning the goods.
3. Return of goods. The goods are returned by the Buyer at their own expense (delivery) to the address: Yekaterinburg, Pervomayskaya str., 76, office 142. The goods must be packed in the original packaging (or similar) and accompanied by a return act.
4. Refund. Refunds are made within 10 business days from the moment of receipt and inspection of the goods by the Company. The refund is made by the same method used for payment.

5. Return of goods of inadequate quality

In case of detection of defects in the goods, the Buyer has the right, at their choice, to demand:

• Replacement of the goods with an analogous one of proper quality
• Proportionate reduction of the price
• Free elimination of defects in the goods
• Reimbursement of expenses for eliminating defects

Claims are submitted in writing to the Company's address or by email.

6. Refunds

Refunds are made to the Buyer's bank account. For a refund, it is necessary to provide:

• Refund application with bank account details
• Copy of the payment order or payment receipt
• Goods return act
