1. Terms and definitions
- Website — a set of information resources on the Internet at electron-ural.ru.
- Operator (Company) — LLC "Electron", a legal entity registered in accordance with the legislation of the Russian Federation.
- User — any individual or legal entity accessing the Website and using its functionality.
- Services — information, consulting and other services provided by the Company through the Website.
- Offer — these Terms of Use, being a public offer in accordance with Art. 437 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation.
2. General provisions
These Terms of Use (hereinafter — the Agreement) are an official offer (public offer) of LLC "Electron" to conclude an agreement on the use of the Website and its services. By starting to use the Website, the User confirms that they have fully read the terms of this Agreement and accept them unconditionally.
If the User does not agree with the terms of the Agreement, they must immediately stop using the Website.
3. Subject of the agreement
This Agreement defines the conditions for the User's use of the Website functionality, including:
- Browsing the product catalog
- Submitting requests for the purchase of products and services
- Receiving consulting information
- Using the cost calculation calculator
4. Registration and authorization
To access the extended functionality of the Website, the User may register by providing accurate information. The User is responsible for the security of their credentials and for all actions performed under their account.

The User undertakes to:

The Company is not liable for:

- Actual non-compliance of products with the descriptions presented on the Website in case of changes in product characteristics by the manufacturer
8. Ordering products and services
Submitting a request for the purchase of products and/or services is carried out by filling out the appropriate form on the Website. Information about prices, characteristics and delivery times is preliminary and may be clarified by the Company's manager.
Payment for products and services is made on the basis of an issued invoice in accordance with the contract or specification.
9. Force majeure
The Company is not liable for non-performance or improper performance of obligations if this is caused by force majeure circumstances (natural disasters, military actions, decisions of state authorities, etc.).
10. Changes to the agreement
The Company reserves the right to change the terms of this Agreement at any time. The current version of the Agreement is always available on this page. Continued use of the Website after changes are made means the User accepts the new terms.
11. Applicable law
This Agreement is governed and interpreted in accordance with the legislation of the Russian Federation. All disputes arising in connection with this Agreement are subject to resolution in accordance with the applicable legislation of the Russian Federation.
