Metering System Requirements (RF Gov. Decree No. 890)
In accordance with RF Government Decree No. 890, intelligent metering systems must provide:
- Hourly data collection on electricity consumption
- Multi-tariff metering (at least 2 tariff zones)
- Data storage for at least 3 years
- Remote control of consumption modes
- Automatic data transmission
- Protection against unauthorized access
